Worst App Ever

There is nothing we can do with this app. Paid some money over this app and it has automatically activated a package which I did not intend. And again I was trying to activate a package in it failed. Then customer care advised me to do it with a sms once I called them. I guess this app is really useless.

Crashes!

I’ve installed this twice now and keeps crashing! What’s the point in an App which does’nt even open? Annoying because I’m using the SIM in a dongle and can’t check my balance. 0.1 Stars!

Don’t download

Activated a data plan and when I tried to deactivate it an error occurs and says I can’t deactivate it

Can’t login to Mobitel account

When trying to login Mobitel account it says that “fail to load data”. Please fix this issue. Otherwise this is a good app.

Needs more improvements

When app is closed app data became unavailable. User data removes automatically, we have to log in again. Add more data packages like in data mart. And it doesn’t show available data balance specifically it shows the standard data balance only. Fix them otherwise this is a great app

Horrible optimization

I’d rate the app 0 stars if possible, this app should be immediately taken down from the store and adjusted so that it can actually work, just starting up the app takes a horrendous amount of time, even on high end phones and once you load in, navigating takes just as long. Look beyond the optimization issues, it is clear that the user interface is horrible as well, package info is unclear and there’s is no option to deactivate packages as well.

Good but can do better.

Shows a basic breakdown of the SIM credit balance but should allow customers to view all transactions that has occurred in the SIM. Should also show detailed usage of data per package that is active.

App doesn’t work now

After upgrading the iPhone from iOS 12 to 13, the app is not working. Showing an error message continuously every time I open the app. Plz fix it soon.

After upgrade my iPhone to new ios 13, the Mobitel Selfcare app does not open. It gives an error message, and it’s looping. 😞

App doesn’t load

Some error keeps coming soon after the splash screen. It says “Persistent Store Failure” MFP Error. The app doesn’t load. The error makes the app reload on a loop to the same error.

Useful but needs to be updated!

The app is useful but it needs to be updated for the latest devices such as the iPhone 6, the app looked zoomed and ugly!

Log in failed

Unable to login. Invalid user ID or password.. For every users and accounts.. Fix it..
